Three players from Arsenal Women’s Football Club — Katie McCabe, Caitlin Foord, and Laia Codina — arrived in Rwanda on Monday, July 8, 2025, for a four-day visit that will run until July 11, 2025.
On Tuesday morning, the players landed in Rwanda as part of a trip aimed at promoting Rwanda as a top tourism destination through the Visit Rwanda campaign.
During their stay, the players will visit Akagera National Park and learn more about Rwanda’s culture, history, and development.
The partnership between Arsenal and Rwanda began in May 2018. As part of the deal, the senior men’s team, women’s team, and U23 team all wear the Visit Rwanda logo on the left sleeve of their jerseys.
This ongoing collaboration continues to help raise Rwanda’s profile on the international stage through strategic partnerships with world-renowned football clubs.
