Muyoboke Alex, who is known for managing artists and was also involved in The Ben’s recent concerts in Uganda, has denied viral social media rumors accusing him of having a sexual relationship with DJ Flix, a rising female DJ.
These claims began circulating after The Ben’s performance in Uganda, where DJ Flix was among the collaborators. Some online users alleged that DJ Flix was granted this opportunity due to a supposed intimate relationship with Muyoboke, who is widely recognized for helping upcoming artists.
Speaking to IGIHE, Muyoboke Alex strongly rejected what he called “baseless rumors,” urging people to return to values of mutual respect.
He said:
“Sometimes people need to show respect. I see Flix as a daughter. I’ve guided her many times. It’s time we start respecting each other because she is a young, hardworking woman trying to succeed.”
Muyoboke criticized those who twist professional support within the music industry, especially how assistance to emerging artists can be misinterpreted by people seeking fame through unproven gossip.
He added:
“Why is this only an issue with Flix? We’ve helped many publicly—so why target her? This is just an attempt to distort the truth and profit off others’ names.”
Muyoboke Alex made it clear that he will not tolerate anyone who defames or tarnishes his name. He warned that anyone taking these rumors as truth will face legal consequences.
He concluded:
“These rumors have no truth in them. I won’t allow anyone to mislead the public or drag my name through the mud. If someone insists they have proof, we will settle it in court.”
