Women for Women International (WfWI) is an International Non-profit Organization committed to improving the lives of socially excluded and marginalized women in conflict and post-conflict settings. WfWI provides a 12-month program on life skills, rights education, and vocational skills training.
WfWI has been implementing its core program to improve women’s lives and their families, since 1997 and is operating in 11 Districts of Kayonza, Muhanga, Rwamagana, Gasabo, Kicukiro, Nyaruguru, Bugesera, Huye, Ngororero, Nyabihu, and Musanze.
Women for Women International (WfWI) Rwanda, is looking for an experienced company that will provide Cleaning, gardening and tea services in its head office located at Kimihurura, Gasabo District.
Scope of the work
The company will be expected to:
1. Office Cleaning including:
a. Floor, barza, doors and windows cleaning.
b. Toilets cleaning and with soap and detergents
c. Bungalows & store cleaning
d. Trash bins emptying
e. Furniture & computer cleaning and dusting
2. Tea Service:
a. An experienced tea making person who can interact with all levels of staff
b. Complete tea/coffee service good quality materials.
3. Gardening including:
a. Cleaning the office compound, garden and surroundings
b. Watering the flowers as needed. Replacing old ones and tending trees
4. Garbage collection: Ensure the garbage is collected in one place and regularly removed.
5. Vehicles Cleaning: Ensure that all WfWI Rwanda vehicles are kept clean and vehicle equipment safe.
Requirements:
The bidder should be recognized taxpayer with an experience of at least three (3) years and demonstrated staff capacities in the field. Along with the proposal, he/she will present the following:
Authorization for RURA to carry the cleaning services
Tin number
Social Security number
