At the 144th Commencement Ceremony of the United States Coast Guard Academy, located in Connecticut, Rwanda’s Air Force officer, 2nd Lieutenant Janet Uwamahoro, proudly graduated with high honors.
She earned the distinction of Magna Cum Laude in her degree program, Operations Research and Data Analytics, showcasing academic excellence and discipline.
The ceremony was attended by the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), highlighting its importance.
Colonel Deo Mutabazi, Rwanda’s Military Advisor to the United Nations, was also present to support and represent the Rwandan delegation.
